Sleep Averages For Your Child

Don’t underestimate the amount of sleep your baby or child needs. One of the biggest mistakes parents can do, is fall into the trap of thinking their baby needs less sleep than others - it is simply not true. If your baby struggles to fall asleep and stay asleep, chances are they are overtired.
 
There are of course variations from child to child, but ultimately the more sleep they get, the better they will sleep. Sleep promotes sleep! See below the sleep averages your baby or child should be getting.
