As a mother to two beautiful girls, Emma knows first hand some of the struggles that can come with getting a baby or small child to sleep and the impact it can have on the entire family. With so much conflicting advice out there, whether it be on the Internet, in books or even advice from family and friends, it’s often hard to know where to start.
With a natural love for kids, and after having her first daughter, Emma discovered her passion for helping babies sleep better and wanted to help other families. She decided to make a career out of it and trained with the Family Sleep Institute (USA), under world-renowned sleep expert Deborah Pedrick, to become a Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant. Following her training, she launched the Sweet Dreams business in 2014.
Emma absolutely loves working with families, sharing her passion and knowledge and seeing the benefits of healthy sleep for a family and a child’s development.  Not only will she provide the right advice but she will be with you 100% of the way to ensure you all get the sleep you need and deserve.

Deb is a registered nurse with 14 years’ experience, and also a mother of two beautiful girls. After becoming a parent and working through sleep issues successfully with her own children, she always knew she wanted to give back and help other parents having difficulties. She’d read numerous books, blogs, and received conflicting advice; but it wasn’t until she had professional help from postnatal advisors and sleep consultants to get through these challenges and see things work, that she wanted to become a sleep consultant herself. She has since trained with the Family Sleep Institute (USA), to become a Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant.

Deb knows how stressful, yet exciting parenting can be.  She knows how essential sleep is to a child's growth and development. Her passion it to work with families to teach them the fundamentals of getting a good night's sleep.

Deb would love to work with you and help your family get the rest you all need. She will create a thorough and comprehensive plan to help improve your child's sleep habits; a plan you are comfortable with that fits your family's needs and parenting philosophy.

After two weeks of implementing Emma’s Personalised Sleep Plan the feeding to sleep habit has been broken, day sleeps are lengthening and are now between 60 and 90 minutes long and he has started sleeping through the night!
